Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms ("Partner Terms") govern participation in the SiteNeuro Partner Program (the "Program"). By applying to the Program you agree to these Partner Terms and to the SiteNeuro Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not apply.

1. The Program

As a partner you receive a unique referral link and code. When someone clicks your link, we set a referral cookie (currently valid for 60 days); if they subscribe to SiteNeuro while attributed to you, you earn a commission on their payments. Attribution mechanics, cookie duration, and tier thresholds are operational details we may adjust prospectively.

2. Commissions

• Commission is a percentage of the subscription payments made by customers you referred, recurring for the life of each customer's subscription.
• Your rate depends on your Program tier and the customer's billing cycle. Current rates: Partner 30% monthly / 40% annual; Pro 35% / 45%; Elite 40% / 50%. Tiers are upgrade-only.
• Rates and tier thresholds may change with prior notice; changes apply prospectively and never reduce commission already earned.
• Commissions apply to subscription payments only — one-time fees, credit packs, and taxes are excluded.

3. Refunds and clawbacks

If a referred payment is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the commission earned on that payment is reversed as well, and the customer no longer counts toward tier progression. If a reversed commission was already paid out, we may deduct it from your future balance.

4. Prohibited conduct

Doing any of the following may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the Program:

• Self-referrals — subscribing through your own link, or referring accounts you own or control.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe/popup injection, or any technique that sets attribution without a genuine, intentional click.
• Spam (unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, DM spam) or promotion in violation of any platform's rules or applicable law.
• Misleading claims about SiteNeuro, its pricing, or its results; posing as SiteNeuro; bidding on SiteNeuro trademarks in paid search.
• Creating multiple partner accounts to circumvent Program rules.

5. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your material connection to SiteNeuro wherever you share your referral link, as required by the FTC and equivalent regulators (for example, "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link", #ad, or a "paid partner" label).

6. Activity

Accounts with no activity (no link clicks, published content, or referrals) for 60 days may be paused. Pausing is reversible, and commission you have already earned is never affected — a paused account simply stops receiving new attribution until activity resumes.

7. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly (currently on the 5th) via Wise or PayPal, with a $50 minimum; smaller balances roll over.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for all taxes on your commission income. We may require tax documentation (e.g. a W-9 or W-8 form) before releasing payouts where the law requires it.
• Amounts are calculated and paid in USD.

8. Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of SiteNeuro. The Program grants no authority to make commitments on SiteNeuro's behalf. We make no guarantee of earnings.

9. Term and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On ordinary termination, commission validly earned before termination remains payable at the next payout cycle. On termination for fraud or breach of Section 4, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

10. Changes

We may update these Partner Terms; material changes will be announced to the email on your partner account with reasonable notice. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
