SiteNeuro works for both, and so does the kit — pick yours and this page shows you your half.

How it works

Three steps. That's the whole job.

1

Share your link

Post it, send it, or hand it to an owner you already know. Every click is tracked to you for 60 days.

2

The product does the pitch

They enter their business and a real, personalized site appears in under a minute — their name, photos and reviews already in it.

3

You earn every month

They subscribe, you earn a share of every payment — automatically, for as long as they stay a customer.

What you earn

One rule, and it keeps paying.

Your rate depends on the plan your referral picks — and you keep earning it on every renewal, for the life of the customer.

They pick a monthly plan

Pays more, and upfront
They pick an annual plan
40%

And the rate goes up as you grow

Everyone starts at Partner. Tier upgrades are permanent — churn never moves you back down.

Content counts too — 3 verified blog posts equal 1 customer toward your next tier. Tiers are recalculated monthly and only ever go up.

What this actually adds up to

Commission is recurring, so a single month's number tells you almost nothing. This projects a full year of referrals — including the customers who leave.

every month, and it keeps compounding
Total earned in year one

Same referrals on annual plans: in year one — a higher rate, paid upfront instead of spread across the year. It's the referral to push.

The assumptions, in the open: today's live prices ($19 / $59 / $119 a month, or 10× that for a year), a steady referral rate, and 5% of customers leaving each month — which is why the month-12 figure is lower than 12× your first month. "A realistic mix" assumes roughly 7 in 10 pick Foundations. These are projections, not a promise: your results depend on your audience and how long those customers stay.

Questions

Everything people ask before joining.

Do I need an audience to join?

No. There's no follower minimum and no interview — you're approved the moment you apply. Plenty of partners earn from a handful of warm introductions rather than an audience: one message to a business owner you already know outperforms a hundred cold posts.

If you do have an audience, the Partner Kit gives you 60 written posts so you never have to think of what to say.

Is it free? Do I have to be a customer?

Free to join, free to stay, and there's nothing to buy. You don't need to be a SiteNeuro customer yourself.

Worth knowing: referring yourself doesn't earn. A partner subscribing through their own link is a permanent private discount rather than a referral, so we block it automatically — it's not a trap you can fall into by accident.

Who am I actually referring — small businesses, or professionals too?

Both, and the program is built for both. On one side: trades, salons, clinics, restaurants, gyms — local businesses with no website or a bad one. On the other: consultants, coaches, lawyers, accountants, freelancers and personal brands who have a LinkedIn profile and nothing they own.

Half the Copy Bank is written for each, there's a separate carousel for each, and your link comes in two flavours — /pro and /biz — that land people on the right sign-up form. Pick the audience you already know and ignore the other half.

What does the customer actually pay?

Plans start at $19/month (Foundations), with Neural at $59 and Apex at $119. Annual plans are ten months' price for twelve — so $190, $590 and $1,190 a year. There's a small one-time fee to generate a demo, credited back when they subscribe, which is what keeps time-wasters out.

The bigger the plan someone picks, the bigger your recurring cut — the same introduction is worth roughly six times more on Apex than on Foundations.

What happens if a customer refunds or cancels?

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that payment is reversed, and if it was already paid out we deduct it from your next balance. That's the honest trade: we only pay you on money we actually keep.

A plain cancellation is different — you keep everything they already paid you. You simply stop earning from that customer going forward.

How long does a click stay attributed to me?

60 days. If someone clicks your link today and subscribes any time in the next 60 days, the commission is yours — even if they went away and thought about it first.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts run on the 5th of each month for the previous month, via Wise (recommended — lowest fees, works internationally) or PayPal. The minimum is $50; anything below that rolls over rather than disappearing.

You're paid in USD as an independent contractor, so your commission income is yours to declare. We may need a W-9 or W-8 form before releasing payouts where the law requires it.

Can I refer businesses outside the US, or in another language?

Yes. SiteNeuro builds each site in the business's own language, so a bakery in Lisbon gets a Portuguese site and a clinic in Istanbul gets a Turkish one — the owner never has to work in English.

One thing to plan for: the partner materials — captions, carousels, blog topics — are currently written in English only. If your audience isn't English-speaking you'll want to translate a caption before posting it. Commission is calculated and paid in USD either way.

What am I not allowed to do?

Disclose that you're a partner wherever you share your link — that's an FTC requirement, not a preference (#ad, "paid partner", or a plain sentence). On your own blog, mark affiliate links rel="sponsored".

Not allowed: bidding on "SiteNeuro" or "Neuro" in paid search, spam or unsolicited bulk email, cookie stuffing or forced clicks, referring accounts you own, and overstating what the product does. The full list is in the Partner Terms.

What keeps my account active?

Any activity at all inside 60 days — one link click, one published post, one referral. Go quiet for 30 days and we send help, not a warning. At 60 days with nothing at all, the account pauses.

Pausing is fully reversible and never touches money you've earned: the moment your link gets a click again, you're back. New partners get a 30-day grace period before any of this applies.

Is the commission really recurring, or just the first payment?

Really recurring. Every month a customer you referred stays subscribed, you earn your percentage of that payment — no cap, no expiry, no "12 months and it stops". Year three pays the same as month one.

And when you climb to Pro or Elite, the higher rate applies to your existing customers' renewals too, not only to new referrals.
