SiteNeuro ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use SiteNeuro.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: name, email address, password
- Business or professional information: business name, category, location, and data you voluntarily enter
- Payment information: processed and stored by Polar.sh (we do not store card numbers)
- Communications: messages you send via email or support channels
1.2 Information from URLs You Submit
When you submit a Google Maps or LinkedIn URL, SiteNeuro accesses publicly available information — business name, address, ratings, reviews, professional title — solely to generate your demo website.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect usage data, device and browser information, IP address, and cookies when you use the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate your website from submitted URLs and data
- Operate the Platform and process payments
- Improve SiteNeuro using anonymized, aggregated data
- Send transactional emails and support responses
- Detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. To request deletion, contact hello@siteneuro.com.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies (authentication, session management), analytics cookies (usage patterns), and preference cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with advertisers.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical measures including HTTPS, access controls, and Cloudflare infrastructure. No system is completely secure.
7. Children's Privacy
SiteNeuro is not directed at individuals under 18. Contact hello@siteneuro.com if you believe a child has provided personal information.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the use of your personal information. Contact hello@siteneuro.com to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
9. SiteNeuro Ecommerce (Opportunity Match and Launch Dossier)
9.1 What we collect from you
- Your research profile: market, budget, product preferences and exclusions. No name or account is needed for a free Opportunity Match.
- Network fingerprint: a salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit how many free matches one network can run per day.
- Buyers: the email address Polar.sh passes to us with your order, used to deliver your dossier, handle guarantee claims and refunds, and keep one guarantee refund per buyer (we compare a hash of the address).
- "Email me this link": the address is used once to send your match link and is not stored.
- Founding list: if you join it, your email is kept to tell you when research or checkout opens, until you ask us to remove it.
9.2 Public business information in dossiers
Launch Dossiers name suppliers and their publicly listed business contacts, and social media creators with their public profile figures and any public business email they list in their bio or link page. Each item carries the public page it came from. We do not use information behind logins, personal (non-business) contact details, or private messages. Our basis is legitimate interest: helping small businesses research products and contact suppliers and creators who publish their business details for that purpose.
Removal: any business, creator or contact can ask to be left out at siteneuro.com/ecommerce/removal or by emailing hello@siteneuro.com. We store only a fingerprint (hash) of what you send and leave it out of every dossier produced after your request.
9.3 Services we use for Ecommerce

9.4 Retention
Matches are kept so your private link keeps working. Orders, dossiers and guarantee cases are kept for as long as needed for delivery, the guarantee period, refunds and our legal and accounting obligations.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
