Refund Policy

SiteNeuro is a fully automated SaaS platform. All website generation is performed instantly and autonomously by Neuro. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of automated, on-demand software services.
1. Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Access is granted instantly at the start of each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access until that date.
2. Credits
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Credits have no cash value
- Unused credits may expire at SiteNeuro's discretion
3. Launch Dossier (SiteNeuro Ecommerce)
The Launch Dossier is a one-time purchase. Two guarantees apply:
- Everything listed, or your money back. If a section listed on the offer at the time you bought is missing from your delivered dossier, tell us within 14 days of delivery, with “Something missing?” on your dossier page or at hello@siteneuro.com. We add it within 72 hours; if we cannot, you get a full refund.
- Evidence guarantee. If your dossier has fewer than 3 suppliers with a verifiable public contact, we research again at no cost; if it is still short, you get a full refund. This check runs on the dossier's own data.
The dossier is research, not financial advice: neither guarantee covers whether a product sells. One guarantee refund per buyer; repeat claims are reviewed individually.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If you were charged in error — due to a technical failure, duplicate charge, or unauthorized access — contact us at hello@siteneuro.com within 7 days of the charge. We review each case individually. Refunds under exceptional circumstances are at SiteNeuro's sole discretion.
5. Payments Processed by Polar.sh
All payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Charges may appear under the Polar.sh name on your statement. Polar.sh's own terms and refund policies apply to payment processing.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
